We understand that things come up and circumstances change. Here’s our refund policy:
– For pro-rated refunds/credits or make-up days, please note that they are not available for days absent or as a result of services not being fully utilized.
– Summer Camp Refund: All refunds are subject to a $100 administration fee.
– Training & House League: Refunds will only be provided within 7 days of the program start date. All refunds are subject to a $75.00 administration fee. After 7 days of the program start date, a credit may be provided.
– Select: All Select fees are nonrefundable.
– Rep Refund: We understand that circumstances may require a withdrawal. Please note that all fees are nonrefundable, considering the impact it has on the team roster and associated costs.
– Rep Tryouts: Unfortunately, refunds or credits are not eligible for Rep Tryouts.
– Service Fees: Service fees are not eligible for a refund.
